Bonus Terms Explained — Plain English for Filipino Players
Bonus jargon can be confusing. Here's everything decoded so you know exactly what you're agreeing to before you click "Claim."
Wagering Requirement / Rollover
This is the number of times you must bet your bonus amount before you can withdraw any bonus-derived winnings. It's the most important number to check on any offer.
A higher rollover means more play before you can cash out, so always compare this across different casinos.
Example: You claim ₱2,000 bonus with a 10x rollover → you must wager ₱20,000 total before withdrawing. A 20x rollover on the same bonus = ₱40,000 required wager.
Maximum Bet During Bonus
Most casinos cap how much you can bet per spin or hand while a bonus is active. Exceeding this limit can void your bonus and any winnings derived from it.

Sticky vs. Non-Sticky Bonus
A sticky bonus stays in your account permanently as "play money" — you can never withdraw the bonus amount itself, only the winnings it generates. A non-sticky bonus is deducted before payout, but your real-money winnings are fully yours once the rollover is complete.
Non-sticky bonuses are generally more player-friendly since the bonus principal is simply removed at cashout time.
Example (Sticky): You have ₱1,000 bonus + ₱3,000 real winnings. At cashout, ₱1,000 bonus is kept in your account; ₱3,000 goes to your wallet. (Non-Sticky): ₱1,000 bonus is deducted, ₱3,000 withdrawable.
Maximum Cash-Out (Bonus Cap)
Even if you get incredibly lucky with bonus funds, many casinos limit how much of those bonus-derived winnings you can actually withdraw. This is called the maximum cash-out or win cap.
This limit typically ranges from 3x to 10x the original bonus amount, so a ₱2,000 bonus with a 5x cap means max withdrawal from that bonus is ₱10,000 regardless of how much you won.
Example: ₱1,000 welcome bonus, 5x max cash-out cap. You win ₱25,000 using that bonus → only ₱5,000 is withdrawable. The remaining ₱20,000 is forfeited.
