These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and aaaajl ("aaaajl," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://aaaajl.club ("the Platform" or "the Website"). aaaajl operates as an online casino and sports betting platform serving Filipino players across the Philippines.

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, accepting a bonus, or using any service offered by aaaajl — whether through the website or the aaaajl mobile application — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and must not register an account or conduct any transactions with aaaajl.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account with aaaajl, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are a resident of or physically located in the Philippines at the time of account registration and gameplay;
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Philippine law;
• You are not on any self-exclusion list, cooling-off period, or banned list maintained by aaaajl or any PAGCOR-affiliated body;
• You are not an employee, director, contractor, or close family member of an employee or director of aaaajl or any of its affiliates;
• The funds you deposit are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of criminal activity;
• You are not using the Platform on behalf of any third party.

aaaajl reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. Age verification using a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (including but not limited to a driver's license, UMID, passport, or PhilSys National ID) is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be permanently closed and all balances will be forfeited in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming law.

To access real-money gaming services at aaaajl, you must register a single personal account using accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The registration process requires you to provide:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID;
• A valid Philippine mobile number registered in your name;
• A valid email address accessible to you;
• Your date of birth;
• A secure password of your choosing.

You are permitted to hold only one (1) registered account with aaaajl. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If aaaajl discovers that you hold more than one account — regardless of whether the accounts use different names, contact details, or payment methods — aaaajl reserves the right to immediately close all duplicate accounts and void any balances or winnings held therein.

KYC Verification: Before processing any withdrawal, aaaajl will require you to complete identity verification ("KYC") by submitting a clear photograph or scan of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document, as well as a selfie with the ID if requested. This process is conducted in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR guidelines. aaaajl may request additional documentation for enhanced due diligence at its reasonable discretion.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your aaaajl account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your login details to any third party under any circumstances.

aaaajl will never ask you for your full password, OTP code, or complete account credentials via SMS, email, telephone, or live chat. If you receive any communication purporting to be from aaaajl that requests such information, it should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to support immediately.

You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your aaaajl account and update it regularly;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account as an additional layer of security;
• Log out of your account fully when using shared or public devices;
• Notify aaaajl immediately via live chat or email if you suspect unauthorized access to your account;
• Keep your registered Philippine mobile number active and accessible for OTP delivery.

aaaajl will not be liable for any losses, unauthorized transactions, or other damages resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security or from your voluntary disclosure of login credentials to any third party.

Deposits: aaaajl accepts deposits via the following methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.00 (Philippine Peso). aaaajl does not charge fees on deposits; however, third-party transaction fees imposed by your payment provider are outside aaaajl's control.

Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. aaaajl will not accept deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties. Deposits are credited to your aaaajl wallet promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawals: You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your KYC verification must be fully completed before any withdrawal is approved;
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements attached to your current balance must be satisfied before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds;
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100.00;
• aaaajl targets a processing time of 5–15 minutes for GCash withdrawals and may take up to one (1) business day for bank transfers, subject to the receiving institution's processing schedule.

aaaajl does not charge withdrawal processing fees. Any fees levied by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider are outside aaaajl's control and will be borne by the player.

aaaajl may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, referral rewards, and other promotional incentives ("Bonuses") to registered players. All Bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, as well as the general conditions set out in this section.

General Bonus Conditions applicable to all aaaajl promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 21 and above only;
• Each Bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion's specific terms expressly state otherwise;
• Bonuses credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements ("WR"), which specify the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable WR for each Bonus will be stated in the promotion terms;
• Wagering requirements must typically be met within thirty (30) days of the Bonus being credited unless otherwise stated;
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer casino games, slots, and RNG table games may have different contribution rates as specified in the individual promotion terms;
• aaaajl reserves the right to void any Bonus and related winnings if it determines that the Bonus has been obtained through fraudulent, abusive, or manipulative means;
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash directly — only bonus-derived winnings that have satisfied the applicable WR may be withdrawn;
• In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail.

aaaajl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any Bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any Bonuses already credited to a player's account at the time of such modification will be honoured under the terms in effect at the time of crediting.

All games available on the aaaajl Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game's interface. By placing a bet or participating in a game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes, aaaajl's recorded game server logs shall be the authoritative source for determination purposes.

You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful entertainment purposes and to conduct yourself in a manner consistent with fair play. You must not:

• Use any software, automated tool, bot, script, or algorithm to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform;
• Exploit any bug, error, or technical malfunction in the Platform to generate winnings — any such winnings are void and must be returned to aaaajl;
• Engage in any form of collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Use abusive, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory language toward aaaajl staff or other players in any live chat or messaging function;
• Engage in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or other strategies specifically designed to abuse bonus structures or exploit guaranteed profit from promotional offers.

aaaajl reserves the right to void bets and remove winnings in cases where technical errors, system faults, or human error have led to incorrect odds or game outcomes being displayed. In such cases, aaaajl will restore the player's stake in full.

aaaajl is committed to full compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) and all related PAGCOR anti-money laundering guidelines. The Platform must not be used for any money laundering, fraud, financial crime, or other illegal activities.

You are expressly prohibited from:

• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or any unlawful source;
• Using the Platform as a vehicle for converting funds of illicit origin into apparent legitimate winnings;
• Conducting transactions on behalf of any third party;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information during registration or KYC;

By registering an account, you consent to aaaajl's collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and service improvement. aaaajl will not sell your personal data to third-party advertisers. Your data will only be shared with third parties to the extent necessary to operate the Platform, comply with legal obligations, or process your payments.

You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data subject to the limitations imposed by applicable law and aaaajl's legal retention obligations. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, aaaajl, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruptions — even if aaaajl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

aaaajl makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses. While aaaajl employs commercially reasonable efforts to maintain service availability and data security, it cannot guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or that technical issues will not occasionally affect gameplay or transaction processing.

aaaajl's maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to such claim, subject to any minimum liability thresholds required by applicable Philippine consumer protection law.

aaaajl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if aaaajl reasonably determines that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• You have engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity in connection with the Platform;
• You have provided false information during registration or KYC;
• Your account has been flagged for potential money laundering activity or is subject to an ongoing investigation;
• You are under 21 years of age;
• Continuation of your account would expose aaaajl to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Upon account closure by either party for any reason other than a breach of these Terms by you, aaaajl will return your verified available balance (net of any applicable bonus conditions) to your registered payment method within a commercially reasonable timeframe.

If the account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, aaaajl reserves the right to withhold all or part of the balance pending investigation. Any withheld funds subject to money laundering suspicion may be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.

You may close your aaaajl account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed within two (2) business days, provided there are no outstanding KYC, bonus, or investigation flags on the account.

Such changes may be required due to changes in applicable Philippine law or PAGCOR regulations, operational changes to the Platform, the introduction of new features or services, or industry best practice developments.

When material changes are made to these Terms, aaaajl will provide notice by:

• Sending an email notification to your registered email address; and/or

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13 of these Terms.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be referred to aaaajl's customer support team for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of being raised, the parties agree to submit the matter to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, with the parties consenting to venue in Metro Manila unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Nothing in this section shall prevent aaaajl from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent ongoing harm to the Platform or other players.
